My favorite movies are confusing and complex that have you guessing and debating the film with your friends until the ending where everything makes sense. Most recently my friends and I watched a science fiction film by the Spierig brothers'"Predestination" starring Ethan Hawke, Sarah Snook, and Noah Taylor. A time-traveling agent goes on a challenging assignment to stop a terrorist attack in New York City in the movie. With a stunning twist ending, the film offers a thoughtful and detailed investigation of time travel, identity, and fate.
